ABOUT
An engineering instinct applied to partnerships: they are designed, not bolted on. UK-based, working across the UK and EU.
We came to partnerships from a structural background - the kind of thinking where you ask what carries the load before you decide what it looks like. That instinct never left us. Most partnership programmes fail for the same reason a bad extension fails: they were attached to a business, not built into one.
For over fifteen years we have architected partner programmes and channel strategies. That is long enough to watch the resale-era playbook stop working, and to see what replaces it. The AI era does not reward the company with the most partners. It rewards the one whose partnerships are woven through the product, the go-to-market and the revenue model.
We work independently and we keep it that way on purpose. No vendor pays us, so the only interest we serve is yours. It is also why we can tell a client a partnership is not worth building when it is not - which is the most valuable thing a partnership advisor can say.
That instinct is now a practice. SaaS Channel Edge exists to design partnerships on purpose, with the same question underneath every engagement: what is this relationship for, who owns it, and how does it earn its place.
It comes through two doors. Partner Network Architecture is for enterprises choosing and designing the providers they build on, treated as architecture rather than procurement. The AI Partnership Readiness Sprint is for software companies building or rebuilding a partner ecosystem, designed ecosystem-native from day one. Both run on one method, Assess, Define, Design, so wherever you come in, the discipline is the same.
The thinking behind it is not kept private. A year of writing the argument out in public, week after week, sits behind this work, and a good deal of it gets stress-tested on stage and in workshops with peers across Europe. If you want the frameworks before the engagement, that is where to start.

If you are choosing who to build on, or building the ecosystem others will build on, start a conversation. The first one is about finding the real question, not selling you the answer.
